At SPP your satisfaction is always our primary concern. Purchasing
an item from a company is relatively simple, but exchanging
or returning an item is sometimes necessary and can be frustrating
and difficult. We want to make it easy for you.
At SPP you can exchange or return any item for any reason
within 30 days of your purchase date. To obtain an Authorization
# for this exchange or return, please click
here for our Return Authorization # (RA) Form. Or, you
may call us at 1-800-983-POOL (7665). We cannot accept
any item[s] without an RA#. Handling fees are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of the following products, no returns
can be accepted on vinyl liners, replacement parts, all chemicals
and custom-manufactured products.
Used, cancelled or returned items can be subject to a restocking
fee of up to 20%.
All SPP products carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Please
refer to your Owner's Manual for the manufacturer's Customer
Service telephone number and for Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQ's). If you still need assistance, please do not hesitate
to contact SPP at 1-800-983-POOL (7665).
Specialty Pool Products charges a flat handling charge of
$8.95 ($5 for CFL members). You are never charged an additional
shipping fee. However, please be aware that if you cancel
or return an item you will be responsible for shipping fees
both to and from the warehouse. Our Customer Service department
will be happy to provide details on our return policy.
Note: Polaris In-ground pool cleaners are non-returnable.
All sales are final. You must deal directly with Polaris at
800-VAC-SWEEP for service or parts.
