Measuring Tips

All covers are very different ...so please give us all the information possible to insure a great fit.

  • Please note that the covers are manufactured to a tolereance of plus or minus 1/2" of the measurements provided.
  • All measurements should be taken from the outside edge of the spa, including cabinet where applicable.
  • Use the provided "quick quote" form for the shape your spa requires.
  • Include the spa brand, model and year of manufacture if you know it.
  • All measurements must be submitted in inches.
  • Rounding up to the next inch is always better unless the spa or hot tub is located inside something such as a gazebo.
  • Never round to the nearest foot.
  • You can measure the old cover or the spa itself.
  • If your present cover is worn out, too small or too big, now is the time to fix the problem.
  • In all that you measure, please be responsible with the accuracy of your measurements.

Radius Corners

To provide the information necessary on a radius corner, extend two imaginary lines to a point where the sides would have met had the corner been square. Provide the distance from the break of the curve (point X) to the imaginary point (point Y). This will be your radius measurement.

HINT: Use two rulers to extend the sides of your
spa tub to a point. This will make it easier to
measure from point A to B.
