I want to thank you again for the excellent service associated w/ a custom spa cover I purchased. The cover arrived promptly, the price was very reasonable, and the quality of the cover was excellent. I can't tell you how happy I was to be able to throw away the old, water-logged one.

When I noticed a small problem with the design of the skirt, your firm did not suggest that I had specified the skirt incorrectly or even ambiguously; your immediate concern was that I be satisfied with the product. You proposed an excellent solution and offered to carry it out immediately.
