Three Year Warranty

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied hereby limiting the scope and duration as follows: This warranty is extended only to the original recipient of a Hi-Temp Spa Cover. Should a defect as outlined below become apparent during the warranty period:

1. Warranty Holder is responsible for the return of the spa cover to the manufacturing plant location and must provide an original sales invoice for the spa cover. Contact Customer Service for shipping address and return instructions.
2. The manufacturing plant will, upon inspection and determination of the validity of the claim, either repair or replace the cover based on the following pro-rated basis:
• Within the first 365 days from the date of purchase – No Charge
• Day 366 through the next 24 months, 1/24 th of the current retail price of a Hi-Temp spa cover for each month since the original purchase.
3. The repaired or the replacement cover will be delivered to the sender within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the defective cover. Shipment to and from the manufacturing plant will be at Warranty Holder’s expense.
4. Warranty does not cover improper use of any of the following:
• Excessive chlorination, bromination, or ozonation or contact of chemicals onto cover.
• Chafing or wearing holes in cover by dragging it over rough surfaces or storing it against sharp objects.
• Broken foam caused by sitting, lying, walking on, or by placing objects on the cover.
• Torn handles caused by improper use – handles are to be used as a means to open cover and to fasten cover to spa only – not for carrying of spa cover .
• Torn tie-down straps caused by improper use – tie-down straps are to be used to secure the cover only, not for opening or carrying the cover.

5. Repairs or alterations made to the spa cover by anyone other than personnel authorized by
the original manufacturer hereby invalidates this warranty or any other warranty whether expressed or implied.

Five Year Warranty - Standard Walk-On

This warranty extends only to the original recipient of the spa cover. The subsequent conditions apply to defects occurring during the warranty period:

1. Warranty Holder is responsible for the return of the spa cover to Commercial Fabrics Inc., 908 Niagara Falls Blvd., N. Tonawanda, NY 14120. It is the Warranty Holder’s responsibility to provide an original sales invoice for the spa cover, and the cover must have been paid for in full. Warranty Holder is responsible for all freight charges to and from Commercial Fabrics Inc.
2. Manufacturer will repair or replace at no charge any defects determined by Manufacturer to be covered by warranty for up to one year from date of purchase. From month 13 through the next 48 months, the original retail purchaser shall be entitled to procure a new Walk-On spa cover at the following percentage off the current published manufacturer’s suggested retail price:
   Month 13 – 24 50% Month 37 – 48 30%
   Month 25 – 36 40% Month 49 – 60 20%
3. The repaired or replaced spa cover will be delivered to the sender within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the defective cover. Return shipment will be at Warranty Holder’s expense.
4. Warranty does not cover improper use or any of the following:
   --Damage due to excessive chlorination, bromination or ozonation of water or contact of other chemicals on the spa cover.
   --Chafing or wearing of holes in the spa cover caused by dragging or storing against sharp objects.
   --Broken, bowed or damaged foam.
   --Torn handles. Handles are to be used for the sole purpose of opening and closing the cover only. They are not intended for carrying or removing the cover from the hot tub.
   --Torn tie-down straps or ripped seams around the tie-down straps. Tie-downs are not intended for lifting the covers and are solely designed for child safety measures.
5. Repairs or alterations made to the spa cover by anyone other than authorized personnel of Commercial Fabrics Inc. invalidates this warranty or any other warranty whether expressed or implied.

IMPORTANT: This cover meets ASTM designation F1346-91 for manual safety covers. Commercial Fabrics Inc. will not, under any circumstances, be held liable or responsible for injury/death to any person or damage to any property, however arising.
