Specialty Spa Covers
Three Year Warranty

Any Spa Cover shown to be unserviceable due to defects in materials within three years from date of purchase will be repaired or replaced, at the option of the manufacturer, without charge for materials or labor, (Excludes cost of freight to and from the manufacturer.)

1. The manufacturer will guarantee all seams and stitches, handles and tie-downs on a pro-rated period of three years.
   
   
2. Foam cores (1.5# and 2.0# densities only) are guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of three (3) years against water absorption. Replacement of cores does not include shipping or labor charges.
   
   
3. The vinyl portion of your spa cover is guaranteed against any defects for a period of one (1) year. Replacement of vinyl does not include shipping or labor charges.
   
   
4. Exclusions: This warranty does not include damage incurred by the use of the spa cover other than in accordance with printed instructions or product literature provided by the manufacturer.
   
   
5. Other Exclusions: - What is not covered - The above warranty does not apply:
   1. To conditions resulting from any misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of God, accident or alteration, (i.e. coverlifts, animals and excessive weight or wind).
   2. To conditions resulting from failure to perform reasonable and necessary maintenance.
   3. To conditions resulting from direct exposure to any chemicals or abrasive materials.
   4. To normal fading and deterioration of exterior surfaces resulting from exposure to the elements.
   5. To conditions resulting from a defect in a component or part which is not part of the cover.
      
      
6. To Obtain Warranty Performance, present the defective or failed part and bill of sale showing date of purchase to Specialty Pool Products. No returns will be accepted without a prior issued "returned goods authorization" number clearly visible on the return packaging.
   
   
7. Implied Warranties: The only express warranties are set herein and any implied warranties, including the implies warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purchase, are limited in duration to that of the expresses warranties. Some states do not allow limitations on how long any implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you.
   
   This warranty does not cover consequential damages or incidental damages including damage to property or injury arising for the use or inability to use this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential of incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
